Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect as little as possible: what you type into a purchase or support email, and standard server logs. We don't sell data, we don't run ad trackers, and the plugin on your site doesn't send us your customers' data.

What we collect on this website

• Server logs — IP address, browser, and pages requested, kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and debugging.
• Purchases — name, email, and billing details you provide at checkout are processed by our payment provider; we receive what's needed to issue your license, invoice, and support.
• Support email — whatever you choose to send us, kept so we can help you with follow-ups.

What the plugin sends us

The free Volant B2B Manager Suite plugin on your site does not transmit your store's or your customers' data to us, and it makes no background requests to our servers. The one exception is opt-in: the deactivation screen offers an optional feedback form, sent only if you tick consent and submit. The Pro add-on additionally fetches short product notices from our server (a standard request) and checks for plugin updates; both are part of the paid service and the notices can be disabled with a documented filter — see the developer docs.

Analytics & cookies

This site sets no marketing cookies. If we enable analytics, we use privacy-respecting measurement without cross-site tracking.
