14 days, no forms

If Volant B2B Manager Suite Pro doesn't fit your store, email support@volantsoftware.com within 14 days of purchase from the email you bought with, and we'll refund the full amount. No return form, no exit interview — though if you tell us what didn't fit, it genuinely helps us build a better plugin.

The details

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
• Renewal charges can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date the same way.
• After a refund the Pro license is deactivated — the free version keeps working.
